What is a Facebook Community Page?

Community pages are unofficial pages that are created when people on Facebook have shown interest in this place or business. A community page is not owned by any user. It is usually about an organization, place, celebrity or topic. It also has a label below its name on Facebook that identifies it as an unofficial page and links to the official Page. This means no one is posting on this page nor can users post on it. This also means there is no interaction data, only audience data. For example you can see the total likes this page has in our tool.

After adding a community page if you click on the profile you will see an icon and short sentence informing you that it is a community page. You can see below what the icon looks like.

At the moment we cannot track reviews that you see on the community pages. We suggest to add official pages to quintly.

You can find out more how to change a Community page if you are an official representative of the page here https://www.facebook.com/help/151753258228443
