There can be a difference in the number of Replies on a Tweet you see in quintly and directly on Twitter. This is because only direct replies from a different user on a tweet are available for quintly, whereas Twitter not only counts the direct replies but also the replies on all retweets and as well the replies from the owner of the tweet. This value is an estimation and is based on Twitter Mentions data.
