We would like to inform you that we completed the company merger as communicated previously. quintly GmbH was merged into Facelift brand building technologies GmbH on June 29, 2023.

The Facelift brand building technologies GmbH has entered into all existing contracts of quintly GmbH. The contracts are effective and have been transferred accordingly. There is no consent required from your side. An adjustment of future contracts is also not necessary apart from a formal change of the contracting party.
