In quintly you can track both own posts and user posts (visitor posts) of a Facebook page.

Own posts are created and posted by the page itself. If you are looking at a Facebook page you can find the own posts on the page's timeline:

Whereas user posts (or visitor posts) are created by Facebook users and are posted on a Facebook page. After clicking on Posts on the left hand side of a page, you'll find the user posts on the right hand side. Please note that page owners can decide if they allow users to post on their Facebook page or not, therefore this data won't be available in quintly for pages that don't allow user posts.
