Getting all of your social media data delivered daily to your own Google Bigquery tables can be automated in a matter of minutes.
The following points comprise the whole procedure from decision to delivery regarding having an automated data flow for all accessible data from quintly to your Google Bigquery.
Step 1.
Decide if you want the whole dataset or specific metrics. Our recommendation is that you get the whole dataset for the network you are interested in and run the analysis on your end. Each dataset includes numerous data-sources ranging from data on page level to post level, publicly available to private-only, demographics, ad spend, etc. This way, you will create your own data warehouse and be more flexible in future analyses.
If specific metrics are chosen, we will create an approximation of how the pushed data will look like and send it to you for your approval.
Step 2.
Once the data which are going to be pushed are agreed upon, we will provide you with a step-by-step guide on setting up your Google Bigquery along with the schemata for your tables. While creating the tables, you will receive an authorization JSON file from Google.
Step 3.
On the next stage, you will be you sending us this JSON file, along with the name of the dataset and tables you created. Additionally, we would like to know the profiles for which you require data pushed, as well as the time of day you want them pushed.
Step 4.
Finally, we would like to know how far back in time you want the first push to go and how far back in time each subsequent pushes will go.
For example, the first data push should include data coming from the “last 180 days“ while each subsequent data push will append the data of the “last 7 days“, every day at “6AM UTC”.
Step 5.
Having agreed on the above, we will perform a manual push. Should you find the data to your table in the condition you want, we will automate the tasks and the flow will reach you daily.
Should your business case demand a higher frequency of imports, a more-frequent workflow can be agreed upon for a premium.
Please note that adding profiles to the tool doesn't mean that they will automatically be added to the data push automation.
Should you want to add additional profiles to the flow, even though this will not induce additional costs, you should inform us to make the relevant changes.
