Depending on the package you have chosen, you can add one or more colleagues to your quintly account. The new users can create their own customized dashboards. Furthermore, you can also share existing customized dashboards with them and vice versa.
Also, you can choose to have the 'New User' under 'Admin', 'Standard' or 'Read Only'. To read more about user management click here. Read-only users are regular quintly users with a few extra limitations. For example, they cannot make any changes to the profiles and groups associated with the account. Also, they cannot change any dashboards shared with them through another user in the system. But they have the flexibility to configure their own metrics, they can still have their own private dashboards and make updates and adjustments to them.
To invite a new user click on your name on the bottom left and then Admin settings. Thereafter click Users and then Invite user. A window will pop up where you can add the email address for the new user. Right below there is the option Admin and then List of spaces. Here you can select Read-Only/Allowed Groups, which needs to be checked if the user being created falls under that category.
